Breakin’ Day, May 2021

Meet “Breakin’ Day,” a 2017, 16.2, California-bred, unraced, smoky/charcoal grey gelding who is just starting to get his dapples!

Barn name “California” had a few post-track rides last fall then enjoyed the winter off while his trainer recovered from a broken arm. He is back in work now and is already being ridden by juniors! He has a wonderfully quiet disposition and is a push-type of ride.

California is sound with no maintenance and has no injuries or vices. He is happy to live out and is a low-maintenance, easy-keeping kind of guy who is ready to start his next career.

California has the disposition and movement for the hunter ring, but is athletic enough to excel in any discipline. If you missed our last two grey geldings, now is your chance! He is located in Luray, Virginia, and is currently in a professional program.
