“Clover” is a charming 10 year old, 15 hand, unregistered Tennessee Walking Horse mare with a nice gait and pleasant personality. She has great feet and a stout body type that can carry almost any size rider (rider pictured in photos is 5’11). She is a lovely shade of chestnut with a flaxen mane and tail and some chrome—her big blaze and three stockings make her stand out in a crowd.
Clover has primarily lived out, but is fine in a stall also. She gets along with everyone in the field and has no vices. Clover straight ties, cross-ties and ties to the trailer. She is easy to load, travels quietly, is currently barefoot and sound with no maintenance or known history of injury, colic or founder.
Clover stands to be mounted, is not spooky, and has a big walk that covers the ground. She neck reins and crosses water, ditches, etc., is clever on her feet in trappy territory, will lead or follow in a group and hacks out alone GREAT with no hesitation at all. Although all horses go better when ridden consistently . . . Clover is pretty much the same whether she’s ridden once a month or once a day, and would be equally happy as a guest horse or a serious trail riding partner. Come out and meet her–I bet you will like her as much as I do!
