“Early Light” (barn name Annie) was born at daybreak in the spring of 2014. Annie’s mother is a wonderful Quarter Horse mare who lives on the farm and throws foals with lovely, puppy-dog type temperaments. Annie is by the Thoroughbred stallion Friend or Foe, the go-to stallion for many local breeders because of his athleticism, great brain and outstanding pedigree, which includes Unbridled and A.P. Indy.

Annie represents a wonderful opportunity to purchase an outstanding Appendix mare who was bred and trained by a professional owner. She is a 15.1+ hand model with a barrel that takes up a lot of leg. Annie hunts in second flight with the Bedford hunt club and can w/t/c and jump a little course in the ring, but she really shines on the trail and will lead, follow, cross or go through anything.

She has no vices, injuries or history of allergies or colic. Annie has a quiet, sweet temperament and is happy to live out. She loads, ties, stands for the farrier and is good for the vet. She has no weird hangups or emotional baggage, no muss, no fuss, just fun!
