“Smoke” is a blue roan, 10-year-old, 15.1 hand, unregistered Tennessee Walking Horse gelding with tons of chrome and a lovable, puppy-dog-type personality. He is a point-and-shoot ride; he has enough of a motor to self-propel, but definitely not in a hurry to get anywhere! Smoke will lead or follow on the trail, is great in steep and trappy country, and hasn’t gotten frazzled by anything that we have put him to. Smoke has wonderful ground manners, is not spooky, goes out alone, and has no vices, quirks or hangups of any kind. He is an excellent husband- or guest-horse-type who does not need daily riding to stay quiet and easy. Smoke gets along with everyone in the field, is sound with no known injuries, and is not on any maintenance or medication. He lives out primarily, but is happy in a stall, ties and cross-ties, and is excellent for the farrier and vet. Smoke does not care about dogs and has been shot off of.
Smoke’s kind nature and unique coloring are hard to find separately–and you almost never get them in the same horse! He is a truly special guy and we don’t expect him to last long, so please call so we can schedule your visit.
