“Southern Gent” (barn name Wally) is a 3 year old, sport-horse-type/Paint cross gelding, loaded with chrome! His four white stockings and big blaze will turn heads in any show ring, and he has an easygoing, low-key attitude that make him a great candidate for an amateur to bring along with a trainer, or for a professional’s resale project. Wally is a floaty little mover–flat-kneed enough for the hunters, but has enough suspension for the dressage ring also– he can truly excel in any discipline. Wally is eligible to be registered as a Pinto, as his big-bodied dam was a registered Paint. He is about 15 + hands now, expected to mature 15.2ish and is an exceptionably sweet, personable guy who loves to be with people–like a puppy in a horse suit! Wally is lifetime USEF registered, ties, loads, and stands for farrier. He gets along with everyone in the field (is low man on the totem pole), lives out primarily now but can be stalled with no problem, and has no history of colic/injury/allergies/vision or skin problems. Wally was professionally started under saddle and has only ever had the very best of care–nothing bad has ever happened to him, he has no emotional baggage, and is the type who forms a deep bond with his human partner. Wally is smart, snuggly, inquisitive, funny and pleasant to be around–don’t miss this really special youngster with unlimited athletic potential!
